Making Space for a Sales Coach & Speaker to Show Up as CEO
When I first started working with Kirsten, I already knew she was someone with vision. She’s a values-driven sales coach and speaker who cares about delivering high-level experiences to her clients. Her goal is to help entrepreneurs and executives expand their sales skills, mindset, and leadership to drive revenue, income, and impact.
But behind the scenes, things were starting to pile up. Admin was becoming a bottleneck, and she felt like she was managing far too many moving pieces on her own. A familiar feeling for a lot of founders once they reach a certain stage. There just isn’t enough time to do it all, let alone consistently at a high level.
“Disorganization was leading to delays in my business, and I knew that to take things to the next level, I needed help in processes and systems.”
My goal was to give Kirsten more space to breathe while building systems that could keep her business moving at the standard her clients expect.
In the first 3 months of working together, I:
Audited her current systems and processes to see what was working and what wasn’t
Set up new tools like Asana and Acuity
Organized existing tools, like her CRM and Podcast Tracker, in Google Sheets
Created a centralized playbook with SOPs
Cleaned up and categorized her folders in Google Drive
Supported with task delegation to her VA
Most importantly, I was available for daily communication via Slack and acted as a sounding board for new ideas (and like a true visionary, she had many).
The Impact
Instead of everything sitting on her plate (or in her head), Kirsten now has a partner she can rely on and someone who understands the way she works and can keep things moving to her standard.
When I asked her what her biggest win has been so far, she shared:
“Not worrying whether or not you’re going to meet the high standard that I’ve created for myself, my business, and that my clients have come to expect. I love the level of professionalism and attention to detail that you bring to every aspect of your work. It goes a long way to not only keep me organized, but for me to trust you to be client facing”.
Now that the foundation behind the scenes is stronger, I’ve stepped further into managing parts of her business, with a focus on ensuring the client experience remains the priority. My care, consistency, and operational expertise allow Kirsten to focus more on her private coaching clients, form new connections, and do what she does best.
You can have high standards and support. You don’t have to choose between doing it all yourself or lowering the bar. If that sounds like what you’ve been looking for, let’s talk.
